This Agreement is between you and Company Different Route (LN 317975449) (“Company” or “we” or “us”) concerning your use of our tours and services. Agreement hereby incorporates by this reference any additional terms and conditions posted by Company through the Site, or otherwise made available to you by Company, including the 
Terms & Conditions 

By using our services, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement or, if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into this Agreement.

General Commitment:

1.It is important that the travellers obey and comply with the rules given by the tour manager, the company and the local guides as well as those of the country you are visiting. Any discriminating, foul or otherwise derogatory acts, failure to listen to instructions or other miscellaneous behaviour that infringes on personal and group safety will give DifferentRoute the right to dismiss said passangers from the trip, with the return flight being at their own expense
2.The travellers should be able to keep their own baggage and no responsibility from the company will be taken for items that may be lost , stolen or confiscated by us or by third party companies throughout the trip. No refund or compensation will be given for said items. Expensive and treasured items such as jewelry, designer clothes or shoes, trainers, etc., should not be brought to trips.
3.The travellers should familiarise themselves and comply with the visa as well as local healthcare guidelines, including but not limited to Covid tests, Vaccines or other health measurements that must be undertaken in the destination or any of the stop-over countries.
4a.Children and travellers under the age of 18 are to be held responsible by their parents or their otherwise legal guardian. Any misbehaviour (as mentioned in part 1) on their side may terminate the trip for said passangers and their legal guardians.
4b. Some trips have a minimum age requirement, which is to be denoted by the DifferentRoute website. This is to be taken as a recommendation, but no age-based accomodations may be made for said trips and the travellers are expected to be responsible. 
5.Special dietary requirements must be declared in the form and made known to our team as early as possible to insure an accomodated, safe and comfortable trip for the entire team. Our trips are generally not kosher, but vegetarian and kosher options will be provided on a case by case basis
6.Disabilities , handicaps or issues that may cause physical hardship or require assistance or accomodations should be declared prior to the booking of the trip and will be discussed by a case by case basis. 
6.Weapons, Drugs, Pornographic material or any other material which may be deemed illegal in a country must not be brought, and we do not take responsibility for the legal actions of any traveller (see rule 1 for further reference)
7.The agreement commences when a full payment for the trip is made by the user

 

Cancellation Policy:

1. If we have to make a major change to your trip (including change of dates, inability to visit a major destination of the trip etc.) , we will offer a suitable alternative if available, or 100% refund, if we are not able, in our opinion, to offer an alternative that is sufficiently comparable. Compensation will be paid as below if we have to make a major change to your holiday within 8 weeks of holiday commencement, unless the change is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, riot, civil commotion, act of God, industrial dispute, Government action, epidemic, disease, adverse weather or natural disaster.
56–29 days – 10% of trip price
28–0 days – 15% of trip price
The price of your holiday is subject to surcharge due to unforeseen increases in fuel costs, Government action such as increases in VAT or any other Government imposed increases or adverse currency exchange rate variations.
2. In the event you have to cancel your trip, cancellation fees will apply, as follows:

Cancellation of Trips:

Up to 55 days prior to commencement - full refundable except 2% of the total trip price
56 to 29 days prior to commencement - 30% of the total trip price
28 to 15 days prior to commencement - 45% of the total trip price
14 to 0 days prior to commencement - 100% of the total trip price

Cancellation of additional extras:
Travel costs are only refundable for cancellations received more than 15 days prior to trip commencement
